Every year, Solstice invites artists from, or residing in County Meath, to submit works of art of all disciplines for inclusion in the their SURVEYOR exhibition. Representing an overview of living visual arts practice throughout the county, the exhibition is the largest of its kind in the north-east region.  I curated this show in 2022.

SURVEYOR serves to support, value and encourage Meath artists in the development of their practices and creative careers. An annual Solstice Visual Arts Award of €2,000 is presented to a work of distinction in any medium.  I selected Hazel O’Sullivan as the winner of Solstice Visual Arts Award 2022 ,for the triptych Unit 1, 2 & 3 (above), wood stain, veneer, fabric on birch plywood, 2022, 70x50cm ea.
